Finds of the Shutdown
Club president, David L., came up with the idea to hold a “Finds of the Shutdown” metal detecting competition for the July 2021 meeting, rather than have 16 months of Finds of the Month items for members to gather and display.
Contest was straightforward:

Members display up to five finds found during the COVID shutdown

Members in attendance at the meeting cast a vote for their three favorite collections

Top 3 vote getters win a prize (silver half)

All participants in the competition receive a prize (silver quarter)
